Cara Menemukan Tulang Di Phasmophobia

Collecting bones in Phasmophobia is a great way to earn extra rewards and set yourself an additional (sometimes frustrating) challenge, but it's also crucial to achieving a perfect investigation. Each contract, one bone randomly spawns in the investigation area, offering you and your ghost hunting team the option to find it. But, unlike cursed objects, bones have no set spawn locations, so locating them—especially on larger maps— can be hard work.

But it’s well worth finding them, even if they don’t count as evidence, as collecting a bone offers a cash and XP reward, with the latter critical to achieving Prestige level. On smaller maps, like Tanglewood, you gain $25 and 25XP for finding the bone; on medium maps, like Point Hope, you gain $35 and 35 XP; while larger maps, like Sunny Meadows, offer $50 and 50 XP. What’s more, if you photograph the bone before collecting it, you can earn an additional media cash and experience reward, while collecting all the bone types will unlock an achievement.

Below, we break down all the bone types available in Phasmophobia, tips for finding bones, and everything we know on the conduit collectibles that will replace bones when 1.0 releases in 2027.

There are 21 bone types available to find in Phasmophobia. Each contract, one random bone will spawn; each time you photograph and pick up a new type of bone you haven't collected before, it will be added to the bone trophy cabinet in your lobby. By collecting them all, you unlock the "Bone Collector" achievement. If you're unsure about which bones you're missing, you can check your cabinet to see where there are gaps. Below are all the bone types you need to complete the cabinet and unlock the achievement:

How to find bones in Phasmophobia

Some bones are easier to spot than others.

In addition to the type of bone being randomized each contract, the bone’s spawn location inside the investigation area is also random each time, which can make it hard to track down, especially on larger maps. But there is one major rule the bone spawn follows: it only appears in a location accessible to the player and the ghost, so you won’t find a bone inside a closed container like a cupboard or locker.

We typically find the bone spawns on the floor or on top of a piece of furniture, such as a table, but sometimes it can appear in weird places like behind a door or in a bathtub. Note that bugs and glitches can mean that, even if the bone is meant to spawn in an accessible location, this sometimes may not be the case.

With that in mind, if you’re manually hunting down the bone, it’s sweeping the map room by room, checking all the nooks and crannies, and being mindful that certain patterns (like the floor in Tanglewood) can make it harder to spot.

However, if you’d prefer not to waste time, there are a couple of Phasmophobia tips you can use to help you find the bone. The first is to simply ask the Ouija board where the bone is; note, asking this question will drain 20% of your Sanity, and it will only tell you the room, not the exact location. Alternatively, you can utilize a dead player to find the bone and have them tell you its location via Discord or (my personal favorite) throwing random objects in its direction.

Bones are being replaced in Phasmophobia 1.0

Conduits will replace bones when 1.0 releases in 2027.

In its announcement revealing that Phasmophobia’s 1.0 release has been delayed to 2027, developer Kinetic Games revealed that, when 1.0 does come around, bones will be replaced by conduits. According to the developer, conduits will be a new collectible item that provides “new lore to the ghost and the overall world of Phasmophobia.”

When this mechanic is introduced, rather than finding bones during a contract, you’ll find unique items that are paired with a particular ghost model. These items (or conduits) will take the form of seemingly everyday objects, with Kinetic’s sneak peek revealing some of these items include a burned letter, a locket, a watch, a smashed lightbulb, and a set of children’s bracelets held together by a medical wristband. The developer hasn’t yet confirmed exactly how these conduits will work or the rewards finding them will grant players.
